Introduction

Campo Viejo rose is reminiscent of Cote de Provence but inspired by the Campo Viejo house style. Fresh, aromatic and crisp, it’s a wine that evokes the spirit of summer – great to drink on its own, but also perfect with grilled fish, tomato salad, vegetable-based dishes, Asian cuisine (sushi, sweet and spicy chicken, jackfruit curry, sweet and sour cauliflower), rice-based dishes, fish & chips, tofu & veggie stir fry. A fabulous aperitif to share with friends and family or enjoyed over dinner. Best served at 7-10C.
