White floral notes, strawberry rhubarb pie and freshly zested orange rind provide the opening introduction to the 20th vintage of the Aida Estate Zinfandel. Further swirling exhibits floral and fruit notes that quickly and seamlessly give way to savory meaty notes of grilled venison and pork loin. Medium-to-full-bodied in weight, this wine provides a succulent mouthfeel while never losing its great acid structure and polished demeanor. On the palate, ripe blackberries, all-spice and cassis delight and lead to a never-ending, spice driven finish.
