Wally Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Introduction

This Sauvignon Blanc is zesty with lively acidity, hints of passionfruit and gooseberry with great balance and a clean finish. The residual sugar in the wine is just enough to give it a touch of richness on the palate without giving any added sweetness. This wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vines that average 25 years old. These vines are planted on two different types of soil, one being carboniferous rock and schist located on the northern part of the area, and the second type being a whiter, limestone-rich soil located in the southern and western side of the appellation.
