Nakajima Kozaemon Junmai Umeshu – 500 ml

Introduction

Kozaemon’s Junmai Umeshu is a pure rice plum wine that is a bit different from typical umeshu. It’s made from the very valuable Hongnan Red Plum, which is grown by collecting sunlight using mirrors to give the plum a bright color. The result is an umeshu with a light pink colour. The flavour is elegantly sweet and smooth with a fresh long finish. Serve cold neat, with ice, or heated. This umeshu pairs well with sushi, sashimi, and seafood.
