This junmai sake has a refreshing taste reminiscent of lemon. The crisp acidity and the soft aftertaste of sake enhance the deliciousness of oysters and seafood. It has high acidity and a light taste that is finished with 13% alcohol by raw sake. It goes well with not only Japanese food but also Italian and French food. Cool it well and enjoy it like white wine. Each bottle is carefully fired and stored in bottles to maintain the fresh flavor of freshly squeezed bottles. Store refrigerated.
