Brilliant golden in colour, this Chenin Blanc opens with expressive aromas of tropical fruitpineapple, peach, and passion fruitlayered with honeysuckle, baked apple, and a touch of oatmeal and spice from judicious oak ageing. The palate delivers a rich, creamy texture balanced by zesty acidity, with notes of citrus marmalade and ripe stone fruit. Full-bodied and complex, the wine finishes long and vibrant, showcasing freshness and elegance. Crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc vines aged between 35 to 47 years, it is best enjoyed now through 2030. Though not certified organic, the wine is produced using sustainable viticultural methods.
