The full maturation of this classic junmai sake creates a perfect alignment of rich flavours and acidity, with a fresh, clean aftertaste. A nose in the glass reveals roasted nuts, cereal, and Camembert cheese, while the first sip will delight your tastebuds with notes of vanilla, lychee, and earthy mushroom.
