The wine is light golden in colour with an attractive shine. The taste of the wine is soft, delicate, lively, harmonious, and fruity, with an excellent balance of honey sweetness and fresh acidity, a pleasant, sweetish aftertaste. The multifaceted aromas of the wine have notes of stone fruit, white flowers and honey. The wine can be served with fish dishes, seafood with white sauce, soft cheeses, desserts, fruit salads, and almond cakes.
