Introduction

This premium white rum was established as the principle rum brand of St. Lucia Distillers (a merger of the last two distilleries on the island, the Dennery Distillery and Roseau Bay Distillery) in 1972. The 100% Coffey still rum was crafted using a blend of double distilled rums from Guyanese molasses before it was aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks and filtered after blending to remove colour. It is by far the number one selling rum in St. Lucia, but it was previously never exported off the island.
