Introduction

This is a Tequila with no dilution or filtration, with authentic proceedings honouring the founder, Salvador Rosales Briseno.

Intense aromas of cooked agave, pepper and fresh herbs. After opening, the aromas shift to cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey and butter without losing the dry mineral earth characteristics synonymous with Lowland Tequila. The first taste is vibrantly refreshing with mint and fresh herbs flavours, with the contrast of bitter and sweet extending into the mouth. Honey and ripe fruits leave the palate with a sweet warmth.
