Cascahuin Reposado Siete Veces Diez Limited Edition

Introduction

Siete Veces Diez is made in commemoration and recognition of the second generation of Cascahuin; Since the year 2023, engineer Salvador Rosales Torres turned 70 years old and currently serves as General Director of Tequila Cascahuin.

This years special edition is made up of a blend of three Blanco Tequilas made at the distillery, which aged separately in American Oak casks for a period of 190 days. At the end of this time, the three tequilas were blended together to make a one-of-a-kind tequila Reposado.

Colour is light gold with silver nuances. It is a tequila in which we find fruity notes; In addition to herbal and spicy notes characteristic of the agave with a balance of sweet notes given by the aging time in the barrel.

Among the aromatic components we find green apple, melon, chamomile tea, green tea, mint, papaya, green banana, natural honey, walnut, dark chocolate, anise, and coconut. It is an unctuous product in the mouth with a characteristic sweet and silky flavour that the barrel gives over time; In addition to expressing the flavour of agave. At the end of the drink there is a long, fresh, dry flavour with light tannin characteristic of the wood.
