Introduction

Made using only fresh Niagara peaches and our Ontario rye as the base, we are proud to introduce an authentically Niagara Peach Schnapps. This is most definitely not like the Schnapps of days gone by. Its fresh and clean, half the sweetness but with loads of COOL!!!!!

Distilling in Niagara means were surrounded by farmer friends with the bounty of fresh fruit and ingredients that we select for our farm to glass spirits.
