Introduction

This Junmai Daiginjo sake has a clean, elegant flavour with nothing added. Muroka Mukasui means non-filtered sake with no water added after being pressed. It tastes pure and refreshing, with the fruitiness of young apple and the elegant sweetness of honey. Ikekame uses their own self-cultured yeast to make this sake by putting it through low-temperature fermentation for forty days. The well-crafted sake is bottled without any modifications after being filtered and pasteurized. The sake is stored at -5 degrees.
