Compared to other sakes of Yamagata Masamune, which are characterized by firm and crisp flavours, ‘Akaiwa Omachi’ is much softer with a subtle sweetness. It has beautiful notes of melon and fresh apples, balanced with subtle pine and herbaceousness.
