Introduction

Aromas of strawberry and watermelon lead to flavors of guava and tropical fruit. Smooth texture with balanced acidity; crisp, refreshing pink grapefruit rounds out the finish. This rose wine has a floral and bouquet on the nose with cherry, raspberry and strawberry fruit. It shows bright acidity up front along with a long lingering finish. The grapes are light pressed to maintain a pale light pink in color. FERMENTATION/AGING: This rose wine was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to slow the fermentation process to preserve fruit character and flavor. The rose wine was then stabilized and clarified prior to bottling. This wine was handled and processed semi-reductively to maintain the fruits and freshness. Serve best when chilled.
