Tamanohikari’s Black Label Junmai Daiginjo is exquisitely defined, with Bizen Omachi rice polished to 35% using their henpei (flat) polishing method. This is the pinnacle of Tamanohikari’s sakes, revealing gorgeous notes of pear, melon, lychee, and apple. It’s elegantly smooth.
