50% Zinfandel, 25% Tempranillo, 25% Malbec.
The winemaking at Troon is an extension of their natural work in the vineyards. Indigenous yeast ferments, foot stomping, clay amphorae, old oak, and no fining or filtration. The wines are clean, pure, and alive.
