With minimal skin contact, this wine has a pale peach color, with a nose of red currant, pepper, and light citrus. A refreshing acidity completes this classic, dry Provenal Rose. Perfect with grilled vegetables, chilled seafood, soft cheeses, heirloom salads, fresh appetizers, and of course the classic Provence dish, Moules Frites.
