Introduction

For over 130 years, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has been producing some of the worlds finest sherries, utilizing the traditional solera aging method. Located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, the family owned and operated Bodega produces three lines of sherries, The Heritage Series, The Don Zoilo Collection, and the Rare Aged Sherries; each ranging in expression from dry to sweet profiles. An elegant blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximnez before entering the Criaderas y Soleras system for physical-chemical ageing through oxidation in oak casks. It can be consumed very cold by itself. Ideal with desserts, or on ice as a refreshing drink. Aged for at least six years. A unique sweet oloroso or cream. Mahogany colour and aromas of dried nuts with a hint of raisins and brown sugar.
