Introduction

Dark-fruited aromas of black plum and candied cherry combine with hints of toasty spice and forest floor to create a fascinating complexity in the 2018 Wine By Joe Pinot Noir. On the palate, the wine has a medium-high acidity and a similar tannin level, making it smooth but hefty. The flavours are similar to the fragrance, with hints of cocoa powder and cigar box.
