Introduction

Prosecco takes its name from a quaint hillside town near Trieste, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

COLOUR… Bright straw-yellow with a fine, clear mousse and a very delicate perlage.

BOUQUET… Attractively intense. Very floral and aromatic, with hints of jasmine, Ambrosia apples and cinnamon.

PALATE… Well-balanced and appealing, fine and crisp, with light notes of acacia honey.

FOOD PAIRINGS… An excellent aperitif, it can also be served throughout the meal, including dessert.
